PIE Agenda
1. Treasurer Report: Jennifer Holmgren
2. Volunteer Coordinator Report: Allison Balis: Passed around sign up for Pasta La Vista. Need help setting up and cleaning up.
3. Food Allergy Discussion/Presentation: Marco and Katie. Questions and answers.
4. Budget Update for RFSD and GSES 2011/12: Sonya Hemmen: Approximately $3 million needs to be cut from RE1 budget. Wednesday March 23rd is the next budget meeting. Location: Sopris Elementary or the District office. Cafeteria is self supporting- does not use state funding.
5. PIE Decision Making Model: Agendas and Minutes will be posted on blog and school website. More assessable if you miss a meeting to know what happened.
6. Fundraising Meeting- set date for next meeting: Monday March 21st at 5:30pm in Library
7. Recycle school supplies: Allison Balis: Will have collection boxes in each building to collect school supplies at the end of the year to be reused next school year. Will have more information in May newsletter.
