Elf! Kids Night Out! This Friday Dec. 2nd

Hey Parents, this is a prime opportunity to get some holiday shopping and your kids to have a "Kids Night Out!"  The movie is Elf!  from 6 to 9pm in the cafeteria.  Movie, drink, pizza and desserts are provided.

First PTA Meeting!

Thank you for the First Grade Team to attend our First PTA meeting!  They discussed the Moving on Process in addition to Penny McDill was able to answer questions about the Moving on Process.  If you still have questions or concerns please contact your teacher or Penny or Dave.  Great Success we had 14 people sign-up for PTA! Lets see if we can continue to get more people involved!  Thanks for all who attended!

Why you want to be a PTA member!

In October, the GSES Partners in Education (P.I.E.) group voted with overwhelming support to become an official PTA (Parent Teacher Association). There are HUGE benefits to this, not only for our school and our students, but for children nation-wide as well. The national PTA advocates for education reform and child welfare.

PTA Meeting - Meet and Greet! Monday Nov. 14th

Big News For GSES PTA!  We invite parents to come to our First PTA meeting - Monday 14th!  Meet and Greet starts at 5:15pm come have a slice of PIE!  Then we will start our meeting at 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  We will do Introductions, Update on Treasurer Report, Update on Volunteers, Vote on PTA By-Laws!  (remember you can not vote unless you are a PTA member) Then Penny will do an open discussion on "Moving on Process!  Please all is welcome to come!  Free  Childcare!

Parent Teacher Conferences

Grizzly Parents,  It is that time of year again when we do Parent Teacher Conference.  Start Thursday Nov. 10th from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm and Then Friday Nov. 11th from 8:00am to 4:00pm  Reminder NO SCHOOL!
